perfect red lips!!!!

What you need
base
lip balm
lip primer/base
concealer to match your skin tone
line
red lip liner
hot pink lip liner
dark lip liner (brown, black, burgandy, etc)
whiten
blue eye shadow or eye liner (optional)
color
red lipstick
mattify
red eye shadow (optional)
black eye shadow(optional)
hot pink shadow (optional)
gloss
red lip gloss or clear lip gloss
contouring/highlighting
white eye liner
cream highlight
powder highlightor shimmer white eye shadow
cream contour or concealer a few shades darker than your skin tone

What to do

Prime
  1. smooth the lips with lip balm or chapstick (use your own or use a brush or sponge)
  2. conceal the lips with concealer to match your skin tone, a lip spackle, lip base, or lip primer with a concealer brush
Line
  1. line the edge of the lips with red liner and slightly fade in to the center (I draw slightly otside the naturla lip line to make the lips appear fuller)
  2. fill in the center of the lips with hot pink lip liner and blend the two clors together with a lip brush
  3. go over the oter edge again with the darker liner and blend with a lip brush(be sure not to pick a color too far from the red, or if you do make sure to blend it well until it looks like your lips are plump, not outlined like a coloring book)
Mattify
  1. you may go over the liner with the same shade of shadowwith a thin lip or angle brush to lock in color and mattify
Color
  1. now use a wider lip brush to apply red lipstick all over the lips blot and repeat until you are happy with the look (don't worry if you can't see your liner, that's the idea. It makes your lips look fuller and plumper and not flat with out anybody being able to tell, that's the beauty of a good makeup method)
Whiten
  1. to make teeth look whiter rub your lipstick onthe back of your hand and mix it with a little blue eye shadow or eye liner (blue tones create a whitening effect)
Mattify
  1. now apply a (clean) red eye shadow with a stiff brush all over the lips blot and repeat until you are happy with the look (this locks in the color and makes it last all night through kisses and smudging) when dipping the brush into color only apply color to one side othe the brush and apply to the lips using the opposite side facing your lips (this doesn't seem to make any sense at all, but it helps apply less color reducing anoying fall out)
Gloss and shine
  1. next apply a red or clear gloss with a brush (don't worry it won't smear the shadow) you can either apply glos over the entire lip or just in the center, I tend to apply it just in the center because it makes the lips look plumper, but it's your choice.
Contour now shade the crease in your chin with a cream contour or a concealer stick that is a few shades lighter than your skin tone. Apply with a small concealer brush and blend with a sponge or your finger tips if your working on yourself (I like to use a rounded square shape to make lips look a little bigger)
  1. next lock in the contour and shading with a powder contour using a fluffy eye brush and blend
  2. then outline the top of the upper lip in the area directy under your nose with white eye liner and blend with your finger, a cotton swab, or cut sponge (you can trace slightly up the lines between your nose and lip to make the lips stand out more)
Highlight
  1. lock in your highlight with a powder highlight or white shimmery eye shadow and blend with a small fluffy eye shadow brush
Conceal
  1. conceal around the mouth and lips to brighten the mouth
Enjoy
  1. enjoy your fun, pin uppy, sexy, perfect red lips.
